Refund policy

We grant a 14-day right of return. This means that after receiving your item you have 14 days to make a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, be unworn, unused and with tags, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, use the enclosed return slip. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: IVB GmbH, Kaiserstr. 12, 67292 Kirchheimbolanden.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, be unworn, unused and with tags, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. In the event of approval, you will receive an automatic refund of the goods to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
